We are Associação Empresarial do Concelho de Oliveira de Azeméis (AECOA) and INOV – Instituto de Engenharia de Sistemas e Computadores Inovação (INOV). All of us are members of the WAKE-UP 4.0 project consortium. We are available on the following website address: https://wake-up.tech/.

The information collected from website may change during the entrepreneurial programme. There will exist different kind of forms to: send messages, subscribe to participate on events, newsletters, and so on.
The personal data collected may include your name, email address, type of organization of affiliation, country of residence, and/or other contact information or information you choose to provide to the Consortium.

The consortium of the WAKE-UP 4.0 project is responsible for the processing of the personal data of its participants (researchers, entrepreneurs), mentors, investors and other visitors who subscribe to events organized by the consortium or send a message from our website following the terms of the data protection legislation in force in the European Union (the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The WAKE-UP 4.0 discloses personal data only to the extent necessary for the purposes defined in this privacy policy. Otherwise, the WAKE-UP 4.0 Consortium uses partners (mentors, investors and so on) to maintain and provide the website and for processing purposes as specified in this privacy notice. We will transfer your personal data to these partners only to the extent that these partners need access to personal data to provide services to the participants for the purposes defined in this privacy policy.

If you need to unsubscribe your participation in the present programme, partners cannot use your data for this propose. However, WAKE-UP 4.0 Consortium cannot be responsible if they contact with to you for other subjects or proposes outside the present programme.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose of this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years.

We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.
